Filters do exactly what they say

A filter removes listings that don't match it: location, price, rooms, property type, amenities, map area or travel time to a station. We never loosen your filters on our own. If nothing matches, we tell you and suggest which filter you could remove.

How each sort orders results

Each sort uses the signals below, in this order. When you search with words, results are sorted by Best match unless you choose another sort.

Best match

how well the text matches your words (when you searched with words) → most recently published → a fixed tie-break so pages never repeat or skip a listing

Trending

views and saves in the last 30 days → a fixed tie-break so pages never repeat or skip a listing

Newest

most recently published → a fixed tie-break so pages never repeat or skip a listing

Oldest

earliest published → a fixed tie-break so pages never repeat or skip a listing

Price: low to high

lowest price → a fixed tie-break so pages never repeat or skip a listing

Price: high to low

highest price → a fixed tie-break so pages never repeat or skip a listing

Size: small to large

smallest area → a fixed tie-break so pages never repeat or skip a listing

Size: large to small

largest area → a fixed tie-break so pages never repeat or skip a listing

Most saved

how many people saved it → a fixed tie-break so pages never repeat or skip a listing

Shortest commute

the estimated commute to the destination you set: by car anywhere in Thailand (road distance at typical speeds, no traffic), or by BTS / MRT in Bangkok (walk to the station, about 2.5 min per stop, 5 min per line change); homes with only an area-level location are left out of this order → a fixed tie-break so pages never repeat or skip a listing

Sponsored listings

Sellers can pay to feature or boost a listing. Paid listings appear only in the row labelled “Sponsored” at the top of the results, and every paid card carries that label. Paying never changes a listing's position in the results below that row.

Searching in your own words

If you type something like “2 bed condo near Asok under 5M”, we turn the words we recognise into filters and show you exactly how we read them. Every filter can be removed, and one click searches your exact words instead. This uses fixed rules, not AI.

What we don't do

We don't rank results by who paid, we don't personalise the order based on your browsing, and we don't hide listings that match your filters.
