Where are you in your move?

Pick the one that sounds like you and we'll start you in the right place.

  • Just looking aroundExplore the map and get a feel for what's out there.
  • Moving to ThailandMany people rent first while they get to know an area. Start with homes for rent.
  • Buying as a foreignerCondos where the seller says foreign ownership is possible.
  • Selling or renting out your placeList your home so buyers and renters can find it.

How we look out for you

  • A person checks every listing

Our team reviews each listing before it goes live, looking for missing details, odd prices and too few photos. Agencies we've verified carry a badge.

  • Prices in context

See what similar homes ask per m² in each province, so you can tell whether a price looks high or low. These are asking prices, not valuations.

  • Your language, your pace

Search, list and message in English or Thai, and switch whenever you like.

Good to know

The common fee and the sinking fund are not the same

The common fee is a monthly charge, usually per m², that pays for the building's upkeep. The sinking fund is a one-off payment kept for major repairs, usually paid when a new unit is first transferred. Ask the seller about both before you agree a price.
